■This SIM CARD is exclusively utilized for data communication.
■The SIM CARD can be used in Japan only. It cannot be used in other countries.
■During one day period from 00:00〜23:59 (Japan time), you can use 100MB of data transmission. From 0:00 of the next day, you can use a 100MB more.
■Data communication speed: Maximum download at 150Mbps / Maximum upload at 50Mbps.
■The SIM CARD can be used for 15 days after the APN setting is done.
■The additional purchase of the amount of data or the change of plan cannot be done.
■NTT docomo’s 3G/4G LTE line can be utilized. However, depending on the model of the devices, there are both devices that are able to use 3G and those that are not.
■The terminal which does not correspond to the bands stated below is unable to use the service. Regarding the band of your terminal, please contact the store or the manufacturer.

■Even a terminal that corresponds to the frequency band of the Japan. com SIM, communication status and communication speed of 4G / 3G service depends on areas. In some areas, the connection is unstable or cannot connect.
■This SIM CARD has an expiration date. Please set the APN in Japan within the expiration date written on the package and activate the SIM CARD. If the APN setting is not completed within the expiration date, the SIM CARD can no longer be used.
■After the purchase of your SIM CARD, you can't exchange, return or refund even if you do not use it.
■It is not possible to use the WIFI service provided by carrier in Japan.
■In case of loss, theft or damage of your SIM CARD, it cannot be refunded or guaranteed.

Recommendations and precautions upon handling the SIM CARD
About PIN & PIN Unlock Code
■ The SIM CARD has two passwords, namely [PIN1 Code] and [PIN2 code]. The initial setting for [PIN1 code] and [PIN2 code] is [0000], however it is possible to change the code. Regarding how to change the password, please follow the instructions explained in the User's Manual.
■ If the [PIN1 Code] and [PIN2 code] are entered incorrectly three times in a row, the SIM CARD will be locked and unable to be used. To unlock, it will be necessary to enter the [PIN unlock code]. In case that the customer need the [PIN Unlock code] and in case that the SIM CARD is locked permanently, please contact us at the support counter.
* Please be careful not to forget the [PIN1 Code] and [PIN2 code].
High speed communication by 4G LTE
※150Mbps incoming is the maximum speed met under specific hardware and within the high speed communication equipment area of NTT docomo. This exact speed cannot be guaranteed as there are many factors including personal devices, location, weather, and proximity to towers, that could affect each individual customer’s experience.
※In case that communication amount exceeds 100MB a day, the communication speed shall be limited to 128kbps by 0:00 of the next day.
※Data will be accessible the following day after the account has been activated. It will be possible to use this connection until 24:00 on the 15th day.
※Data cannot be used following the 15th day calculated from the first day of use. It is only possible to use the LTE data communication
※There is no limit to the amount of communication data allowed.
